No. But if you entered a transaction by mistake, you can adjust your bank balance. If you adjust up, it will put the extra money into unaccounted, which can then be moved back to your envelope. If you adjust down, and your unaccounted was set to 0, you will have a negative unaccounted. Remove money from an envelope to bring the unaccounted back to 0 or positive.
